Sir my actual date of birth is 26.01.1968 as per my birth certificate issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths Kathua and my parents entered same date of birth at the time of my admission in Govt. High School Kirian district Kathua. I remained in this school from ist class to 10th class and when I entered in 9th class the school farm teacher Mr. Tarsem Lal entered my date of birth as 12/04/196
